Refund policy

Please email us the reason for your return at Charlishayco@gmail.com. At this time, returns will only be handled as an exchange or store credit.  The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.  All returns are to be sent to 7656 Wildrose Way Rohnert Park, CA 94928. Items must be unworn and unwashed.  Once the item has been received by us, it is at our discretion to give an exchange or store credit.
