Charlishayco.com will collect information from our customers to provide excellent customer service, improve your shopping experience, fulfill your orders, and tell you about new products, promotions, and services.  Personal information may be collected, but it is not limited to your name, billing, and shipping addresses, user name and password, email address, and phone number. CharliShay&CO will do everything to keep the privacy and security of your information and transactions. We will not retain your financial information or credit card number. 

Email Notification

We may send out emails to let you know about our new items, deals, promotions, and special events.  You will receive emails only if you opt into our email marketing.  You may opt out of email marketing by sending us an email at Charlishayco@gmail.com.  Please note you may receive more than 1 email if new items happen several times during the month.  We may send you emails for customer service-related items such as confirming your order, sending tracking numbers, or responding to questions you had on social media.

You may find us on several social media sites.  Please note we do not monitor our social media sites often, and that information posted may be shared or viewed with or by others.

Website and Store

Our store is hosted with Shopify.  They allow us to sell our products and gym wear with you.  When using Shopify, they store your credit card data on their site.  We CAN NOT view or obtain your financial information.  Your data and financial information is stored in Shopify’s secure server.
